With regard to powder and liquid processing, we have in-house expertise that has been gathered over many years of working within the pharmaceutical, biotech fields personnel care and food industries.
The heart of every cleanroom is the HVAC systems and plant delivering HEPA filtered air at the correct air change rate to maintain your cleanroom environment. Temperature and humidity control will provide the environmental conditions while utilizing the latest in energy efficient plant and equipment. The systems will be controlled and monitored from a Building Management System (BMS) with the option of a fully validated Environmental Monitoring System (EMS).
Pipework services and specialist gases are all undertaken by Clean Construction site teams. Electrical works will include power, plant power, lighting and distribution along with data, fire and security protection.
All our cleanrooms are balanced and commissioned upon completion by our site services teams. Training will be given to your site and facilities personnel on all equipment included with in scope of work. An independent test company will be employed to test and certify the cleanroom.
Validation documentation will be agreed at the outset of every project and we can write help and support through DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ services.
